Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If your item had not the mention 'Made to order' indicated, please allow us 3 to 5 business days to send the idem to you. For the item made on demand this means the item is knitted specially for you and we need 1O to 20 working days depending on the number of orders. to knit it. From this time and depending on your location, it will take 3 to 5 days to send you your order. We will keep you informed of the progress of the creation of your sweater at each stage. Delivery times are given as an indication only. No compensation can be claimed from the seller in case of late delivery.

Delivery is only made after confirmation of payment by the Seller's bank. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the online order form.  The delivery takes place, according to the mode chosen by the Customer, within the following time limits:

We only allow returns for the pieces that were in stock. For the items 'Made to order', we can't offer any returns. Please choose your knit carefully. However, you can always contact us with your request, and we will try our best to find a solution at hello@de-lana.com 

In stock items :

You are entitled to a withdrawal period of 14 days for online purchases. Here are the key details regarding your right of withdrawal:

Duration: You have 14 days from the date you receive the goods to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason.

Notification: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us in writing within the specified 14-day period. You can do this by sending an email to our Customer Support Email .

Return of Goods: Upon notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods to the following adress :
